Spellbound caves where is the blue wool

The sign enchantments worked at one point, then on another map they didn't, so I'm not sure what the deal with that is. I thought about having users configure blocks for the VM but I wanted it to be really simple to set up. If there's ever a need for such a configuration I could probably implement one though.

I dont see this as being for huge servers since this is for Vech Super Hostile maps or maps made like his, but this would be great for private servers. You could check for such a chest based on when the player opens a chest and has white wool in his inventory or when the player is placing the wool in the chest.
